I hope this outfit serves as a holiday outfit inspiration for some of you. I guess I could have worn this on Christmas, but I'm still undecided on what to wear. I usually know exactly what I want to wear. This year...not so much.
Now...I have kind of a fun question for you guys. If you could raid any blogger's closet, who's would it be? Realistically, I'd go for Blair's from Atlantic-Pacific. I think we wear the same or similar size. But in a fantasy world, I would pick Nicole from Gary Pepper Vintage or Julia from Gal Meets Glam.

ReplyDeleteI think if I could raid anyone's closet, it would be Jane of Sea of Shoes. Or Karen of Where Did U Get That. Both have closets loaded with sequins, vintage leather bags, and the craziest/awesome shoes I have ever seen.

Yes - you have certainly inspired. Our family just moved and I just donated a bunch of clothes - totally in need of fashion inspo right now. Leather and lace are always a good combo, but I just love the way you paired the rich burgundy with the crisp white. Was that on purpose?

Forgive me mother Raven if I have already commented on this post. There are a lot of comments on here and I can't tell. I also can't tell because I have already come over and looked at this post without leaving a comment. Hijole. I have a dress similar to this but it don't fit and it's vintage. I would love to get back down to size and wear it to baptize my baby. So I am obviously a fan. Thanks for asking how my turkey day went. It was pretty cool, glad I got the day off of work! Love the combination of two opposites - leather & lace! To me, leather exudes a certain toughness whereas lace is quite feminine and dainty. Combining the two created an awesome look! Lovely.
