Even though I've passed through this beautiful bridge hundreds of times, I only have a few photos of myself on the vista point.  And those photos are over 10 years old.  So we took some quick photos on a foggy (and windy) afternoon.  It was a beautiful day in the city.

3D Flowers / What to Wear to a Wedding

This dress was kind of hard to photograph.  I think it was just the time of day we took the photos at.  But trust me, it looks more lovely in person.  I was absolutely smitten when I saw it on the ASOS website.  The 3D flowers are just the cutest combination with the faux crop top.

If I were in high school, I would have worn this dress to homecoming.  Afterall, homecoming is just around the corner.  To be honest I'd find any excuse just to wear this dress.  But I do think that this is the perfect dress to wear to a wedding in the spring or summer.

Here's another vintage piece from my mother.  There are actually pictures of her wearing this jacket in the mid 80s.  I'm not sure how old the jacket is or how long she had it for prior to the photographs.  But it gives me that late 70s, early 80s vibe.  It kind of reminds me of something a character from Stranger Things would wear.

I feel like I should have worn a different purse or clutch.  Sometimes I think an outfit is cute as is until I look back at the photos.  But this is what I actually wore that day, so whatever :)

Vintage Red Dress

I wore this outfit when I went out for lunch and a leisurely stroll.  This is the first time this vintage dress has made an appearance on my blog.  I love vintage items.  Especially ones that came from my mom.  She handed this to me some years ago and I fell in love.  It's just so sweet and feminine.  And what I love even more is that there is a little bit of family history woven into it.
