Where do I even begin?

I hadn't realized it had been two months since I last posted.  TWO months.  That's such an absurdly long time for me to not update you guys.  So sorry!  So much has happened since then.  It all feels like a dream.  A good dream, of course ;)

I looked at my calendar today and I could not believe it was the last day of November.  The days are just flying by.

I've worn this outfit a couple of times already.  What I usually do during the winter if I don't have a lot of time to think about what to wear in the morning or I'm in a rush, I just wear an all black outfit and a different coat or cardigan.  I also wear different accessories.  You can put together so many different looks with just a basic black t shirt and black pants or jeans.

Also, I'm wearing a new lipstick from Tarte.  I've never worn any of their products before but I really liked this color.  And I love that they're cruelty free.  I'm slowly transitioning and making sure all of my beauty purchases are vegan.

Here's another vintage piece from my mother.  There are actually pictures of her wearing this jacket in the mid 80s.  I'm not sure how old the jacket is or how long she had it for prior to the photographs.  But it gives me that late 70s, early 80s vibe.  It kind of reminds me of something a character from Stranger Things would wear.

I feel like I should have worn a different purse or clutch.  Sometimes I think an outfit is cute as is until I look back at the photos.  But this is what I actually wore that day, so whatever :)

Vintage Red Dress

I wore this outfit when I went out for lunch and a leisurely stroll.  This is the first time this vintage dress has made an appearance on my blog.  I love vintage items.  Especially ones that came from my mom.  She handed this to me some years ago and I fell in love.  It's just so sweet and feminine.  And what I love even more is that there is a little bit of family history woven into it.

A little trick I like to do is to wear dresses and rompers under skirts and shorts.  It gives you more use out of them.  I've done that countless times with the dress in my last post.
